1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using TradePillow, you agree to these Terms and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Terms of Service
Effective date: November 29, 2025. These Terms govern your use of TradePillow (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our trading analytics platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring TradePillow complies with laws applicable to you.
3. Account responsibilities
Keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Subscription & billing
Trial accounts default to two active trading accounts. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to access data belonging to other customers. Automated scraping or reverse engineering is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
TradePillow retains all rights to the platform, logos, and content. You retain ownership of your trading data and grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.
7. Confidentiality & privacy
We treat your data confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose confidential information about TradePillow gained through the service.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
TradePillow is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Trading carries risk—you are responsible for your decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time; upon termination we will delete or return your data per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or regulations. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes are communicated in advance.
